Manager, Content Development

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a digital content role, preferably in multi-platform environments with a broad range of content styles including long-form, short-form and social media posts OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a digital content role, preferably in multi-platform environments with a broad range of content styles including long-form, short-form and social media posts.
• Experience with writing and editing in AP style, and with content management systems for digitalcontent production.
• Experience in web analytics and knowledge of how data guides content creation and strategy.
• Experience in planning, organizing and managing resources to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Experience leading and completing multiple projects on deadline.
• At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree: Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, English, Creative Writing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills with a flair for creating engaging content.
• Team Management: Experience in the indirect management of team members, including development, training, and assignment of work/projects.

Salary Range
$102800 - $164400 / Salaried
