Basic Qualifications

High school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent GED
Current Pharmacy Technician license/registration without restrictions in good standing with StateBoard of Pharmacy if required in the State in which the position is located
Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Basic knowledge of and skills using MS Windows, MS Office Suite and/or other similaroperating/software programs
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meetingquality standards for services and evaluation of customer satisfaction
Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicationin a diplomatic and confidential manner
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. (pounds) in a repetitive motion, with or without accommodation

Preferred Qualifications

At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail, fulfillment or call centerenvironment.
Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting qualityand productivity standards for services.
Required certification/registration as a Pharmacy Technician by state as granted by the state Boardof Pharmacy or nationally recognized certification agency.
Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, touch typing, formattingdocuments).
