Basic Qualifications

Bachelor degree and at least 2 years of experience in Project Management OR High School/ GED and at least 4 years of experience in Project Management
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
Experience with project management methodologies, tools and software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, Workfront, Sprinklr, Asana, Trello, Monday, Jira, etc.)
Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes(within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business administration.
At least 2 years of project management experience, in creative production, event production, or a related industry
Experience working within a similar fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience in the indirect management of team members, including assisting in the development,training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team
Experience working with project/campaign budgets.
Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (e.g. using Pivot tables, formula functions, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling) and PowerPoint (e.g. visually appealing and detailed presentation creation to demonstrate information for all levels of internal stakeholders.
