Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates day to day management of assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop a deep understanding of each client's business objectives, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs), and collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions that address their unique needs.
- Support the end-to-end upfront commitment process from negotiation to contract closure, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for assigned clients.
- Deliver against client specific revenue goals including upfront commitments, commitment spend through and upselling/growth above committed dollars.
- Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling by proactively identifying additional pain points or areas for improvement, and presenting relevant products or services that add value to the client's business.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers within client organizations, including shopper marketing managers and client’s agency reps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including media planning, campaign management, execution, insights, ad analytics, customer science to develop and execute client strategies that drive revenue growth and maximize client satisfaction.
- Develop comprehensive media plans that align with client objectives, target audiences, and budgetary constraints, leveraging wag media offerings to drive measurable results and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular insights and recommendations for optimization to ensure client success and retention.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in client development, account management, or related leadership roles within the retail media, media or advertising industry.
- Experience with the retail industry, advertising ecosystem, and utilizing media planning principles, including the media buying processes, consumer behavior trends, and retail media landscape.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and/or stakeholders.
- Experience identifying opportunities for growth and driving initiatives forward and is a strategic thinker with experience proactively providing solutions.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least (25%) of the time for business purposes
- (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as marketing, communications, or business administration
- At least 6 years of experience in managing clients and relationships and/or as an omni-channel media supervisor or associate director or director level at an agency with programmatic, social, and search experience
- Experience meeting and exceeding goals in a competitive and fast-paced environment.
- Retail Media experience (e.g. Kroger Precision Marketing, Roundel, Walmart Connect, etc.)
- Experience with building high-performing media plans inclusive of the audience, message, channel, and measurement strategy.
- Experience with management of team members, including assisting in the development, training and assignment of work/projects to other members of a team.
- Experience working with annual brand budgets and P&L concepts revenue, cogs, gross profit margin, operating expenses, and income.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.
Salary Range$92100 - $156700 / Salaried
