Job ID 1882802BRProvides employee and labor relations support by advising on workplace concerns, conducting fact-based reviews, and helping ensure consistent application of employment policies, disciplinary practices, and labor agreement provisions. Independently manages employee relations cases, policy interpretation matters, and project-based initiatives using professional judgment to resolve moderately complex workplace issues with limited guidance. Supports a compliant, equitable, and productive work environment through collaboration with leaders, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Reviews and resolves employee relations matters, including workplace concerns, performance issues, misconduct allegations, and policy interpretation questions in accordance with established practices and employment requirements.
- Conducts fact-finding activities, gathers and analyzes information, documents findings, and recommends appropriate actions to support fair and consistent resolution of workplace issues.
- Advises managers and employees on employee relations policies, corrective action processes, conflict resolution approaches, and workplace expectations.
- Supports the administration, interpretation, and application of collective bargaining agreements and labor relations processes where applicable.
- Partners with Human Resources and business stakeholders to identify trends, mitigate employee relations risks, and support a positive employee experience.
- Coordinates and contributes to employee and labor relations projects, training activities, and process improvements that strengthen compliance and operational effectiveness

Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of employee relations principles, workplace investigations, conflict resolution practices, and employment policy administration.
- Ability to gather and analyze information, exercise sound judgment, and recommend appropriate actions in response to workplace issues and employee concerns.
- Skill in communicating effectively with managers, employees, and stakeholders while handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of labor relations practices, collective bargaining agreement administration, or union-management processes.
- Ability to influence resolution of complex workplace matters through effective consultation, problem solving, and stakeholder partnership.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Relations, or a related field, or additional relevant employee and labor relations expertise.

Salary Range: $65000 - $113750 / Salaried
