BioPharma, Business Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree or High School/GED and at least 3 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions experience in healthcare or biopharma life sciences.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and ability for ingesting and synthesizing broad and complex sets of information into recommendations that are positioned from a biopharma centric perspective
• Experience leading and managing complex projects with successful results and on-time delivery; must be customer service oriented
• Prepares and maintains daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly reporting requests
• Prepares business cases to support new investment requests (IR), strategic and other business decisions
• Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and ability to work cross functionally to make ongoing improvements to the operation
• Experienced analysis capability with the ability to recognize and translate trends, market dynamics and feedback into potential Walgreens’ opportunities and headwinds.
• Strong computer skills (MS Office, collaboration software) and superior PowerPoint skills required
• Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, economics, or mathematics

An employee in this position can expect a salary rate between $63,000 to $121,000 plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable. The actual salary will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law.
