Job Summary:
This is an opportunity to support the Track and Trace program. The role is vital in ensuring Drug Supply Chain Security Act compliance and investigating potential issues like counterfeit or tampered drugs, helping to ensure patient safety.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Identifies and documents marketing, customer, business and functional/technical business requirements initiatives and enhancements to existing products.
  • Understands and translates requirements in the format required for both product and system development.
  • Under general supervision, performs analysis of complex business products and operational requirements and successful development and deployment of product solutions.
  • Builds the business case and performs financial analysis.
  • Supports department stakeholders to organize, plan, schedule, coordinate and control project activities and documentation applicable to business analysis. Owns key processes and documentation applicable to business analysis.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree OR High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: inserting headers, page breaks, page numbers and tables and/or adjusting table columns).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting column width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling).
  • Intermediate level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: applying a theme, formatting character spacing, inserting a picture, changing slide layout and theme colors, adding transitions, customizing slide numbers, changing chart style and/or formatting font).
  • Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).


Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Retail Pharmacy Experience.
  • Active Illinois pharmacy technician license.
  • Regulatory experience (DSCSA, FDA, DEA, Board of Pharmacy, etc.)
  • Asset Protection and/or investigations experience.
  • Basic SQL knowledge or experience.

Salary Range: $63100 - $101200 / Salaried
