Salary Range: $100000 - $175000 / Salaried

Job responsibilities:
- Sets seasonal assortment priorities based on sales patterns.
- Selects product additions or exits within approved category objectives.
- Adjusts item pricing within approved parameters.
- Determines promotional merchandise selections based on expected category results.
- Reviews item-level sell-through to address underperforming merchandise.
- Engages suppliers on product selection for assigned categories.
- Aligns product launch timing with relevant partners.

Basic Qualifications
- At least 4 years of related experience.
- At least 2 years of experience applying merchandise assortment analysis to product category decisions.
- At least 2 years of experience considering the primary business and financial drivers relevant to the area of responsibility and their impact on decisions and recommendations.
- At least 2 years of experience using Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Travel may be required up to 10%.
