Job Responsibilities
- Develops and executes comprehensive strategic account plans to address client needs and achieve long-term business growth
- Builds and sustains trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, partners, and internal executives to foster collaboration and alignment with organizational objectives
- Serves as a trusted advisor to clients, aligning solutions with their strategic priorities while ensuring delivery excellence and issue resolution
- Identifies and pursues growth opportunities within existing accounts by leveraging insights, analytics, and a deep understanding of client goals
- Leads cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, operations, product, marketing) to ensure cohesive execution and service delivery aligned with client expectations
- Defines and monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) to track account health, drive improvements, and inform executive decision-making
- Leads high-level negotiations with clients to structure agreements that are beneficial for both parties and support long-term partnerships
- Maintains a strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform client strategies and internal planning
- Delivers comprehensive reports and presentations on account performance, client feedback, risks, and opportunities to internal executive leadership

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of strategic account management, client executive roles, or healthcare services leadership or High School/GED and at least 9 years of strategic account management, client executive roles, or healthcare services leadership
- Proven success managing large, complex client relationships at the executive level
- Strong business acumen, negotiation skills, and strategic thinking
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
- Deep knowledge of the healthcare industry, market dynamics, and emerging trends
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership
- Willing to travel up to 30% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)

- Master's degree or MBA
Salary range: $86,600-$235,400
Salary Range: $115400 - $196200 / Salaried
