Job Summary:

Responsible for assisting with the development and implementation of a compliance training, communications, and governance strategy. Assists in developing effective compliance tools and tracking mechanisms to automate department initiatives. Supports project management of multi-workstream, cross-functional initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Supports project management and execution of compliance training and communications initiatives.
  • Supports enhancements of compliance intranet sites and materials across multiple delivery channels to improve compliance visibility and education.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve and streamline compliance processes and leverages Monitoring and Analytics resources to implement.
  • Analyzes and aggregates data into summary reports, monitors progress of metrics, and recommends action plans to proactively address issues.
  • Works cross-functionally with other functions (e.g., Pharmacy Operations, Legal, Asset Protection, Human Resources) to support compliance projects.
  • Responds to inquiries arising from compliance training and other initiatives.
  • Authors compliance awareness communications, designs digital learning materials, and develops presentations for Compliance leadership.
  • Supports other Compliance Operations initiatives as needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree and Compliance and/or General Office experience OR High School/GED and at least 3 years of Compliance and/or General Office experience
  • Experience delivering impactful written and verbal communications; knowledge of effective visual design
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using functions, pivot tables, filters, special formatting).
  • Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
  • Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)


Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience learning and adopting new tools, systems, and technologies to maximize results and drive efficiencies.
  • Experience using organizational skills and paying close attention to detail for analysis purposes.
  • Experience creating technology-driven efficiencies with data analytics, visualization, and automation.
  • Experience project managing and overseeing initiatives involving multiple teams and workstreams.
  • Experience working with confidential or highly sensitive information.
  • Experience creating and maintaining content on websites and delivering multi-channel communications.
  • Experience writing and editing communications tailored by audience and channel.
  • Experience building interactive training with e-learning software programs.

Salary Range: $63100 - $101200 / Salaried
