Job ID 1596914BRBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of experience in IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Project/Program Management and/or Analytics OR High School Diploma and at least 11 years of experience in IT, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Consulting, Strategy, Project/Program Management and/or Analytics.
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
- Experience with vendor and vendor contract management, including SLA review.
- Experience diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience managing cross functional and/or matrix teams.
- Experience interacting at the executive level.
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in
the workplace. - At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes
(within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, IS, Mathematics.
- Experience leading large, highly technical teams in a matrixed organization to achieve common goals.
- Experience in robotic automation or IoT systems within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries
- Experience working in a regulated environment (FDA, HIPAA, etc.).
- Familiarity with PLC, HMI, and integration of hardware and software systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Knowledge of regulations such as PCI, PHI etc.
Salary Range
$165900 - $282200 / Salaried
