Job Summary:

Responsible for leading the most complex analysis of information, problems and/or data of a diverse scope, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of available factors. Works under general direction. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Leads the analysis and reporting of the impact of current or proposed solutions. Leads the driving of change as needed. May oversee, coach, and mentor less senior analysts.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Leads and performs the most complex analysis of information, problems, and/or data under general direction.
  • Develops recommendations for review of management.
  • Provides leadership over the tracking, monitoring and measurement of implemented solutions for the most complex issues, applying professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways. Acts as a subject matter expert with a full understanding of the area of specialization.
  • Leads the performance of gap analysis and cost benefit analysis where indicated.
  • Communicates risks and proposed mitigation plans to management. Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
  • Leads the computation of metrics involving the most complex issues.
  • Leads the development, analysis and dissemination of the most complex reports.
  • Networks with key contacts outside of own area of expertise, working collaboratively and sharing knowledge with the team.
  • Leads the resolution of the most complex issues.
  • Determines methods and procedures on new assignments .
  • Recommends streamlined processes and process improvements to management. Drives change as needed.
  • May have oversight, coach and mentor less senior analysts.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of professional experience in the public or private sector OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of professional experience in the public or private sector.
  • Willing to travel up to 15% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Salary Range: $98600 - $157500 / Salaried
