Job ID 1900480BR Job Type: Full-timeResponsible for the operational leadership, governance, and continuous improvement of the Refrigeration Temperature Monitoring (RTM) program. Partners with StoreCare, IT, Compliance, Supply Chain, and external vendors to drive program execution, monitor performance, optimize alerting strategies, and support enterprise refrigeration monitoring objectives. Leads program initiatives, KPI management, and analytics roadmap execution to improve equipment reliability, reduce product loss, and enhance operational performance.
Job Responsibilities:
- Accountable for developing, managing, maintaining and implementing StoreCare processes and system updates.
- Manages and maintains work order management system in order to keep master data files current.
- Works cross-functionally and collaboratively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to initiate current state and future state process improvements that add value throughout StoreCare.
- Collaborates with the software vendor and develops a recommendation to the StoreCare team on the desirability of new enhancements, features and functions.
- Supports training and system access for service providers. Contributes to updating job aids and webinars developed to train vendor partners.
- Implements preventative maintenance schedules and validates proper system function (for example: dispatching work orders to designated service providers.)
- Evaluates feasibility to expand the functionality of system through storage of additional information or increased functionality.
- Develops and implements communication strategy to support system-related changes that may impact a broader audience.
- Develops and mentors staff through on-boarding, open communication, training and development opportunities and performance management processes; builds and maintains employee morale and motivation; ensures the team is appropriately staffed with required competencies; fosters a diverse and inclusive workplace.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in business operations or process improvement OR a High School diploma/GED and at least 8 years of experience in prior business intelligence roles.
- At least 2 years of experience in the management of facilities systems and technology that drive the end to end development process (for example: Energy Management System or a Work Order Management System).
- Experience managing the identification of operational issues and using continuous improvement tools and methodologies to develop process improvements.
- Experience working with relational databases, master data and interfaces that extract data from other systems.
- Experience designing and implementing processes to manage data updates received from the internal company teams and Service Providers.
- Experience with master file dependencies (for example: how best to sequence the processing of data updates for optimal effectiveness).
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and with strategic business partners in a matrix organization.
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Excel (for example: using AVERAGE function, merging and centering cells, printing centered page and/or creating a pivot table).
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint (for example: changing picture styles, customizing animation and/or setting automatic slide timings).
- Advanced level skill in Microsoft Word (for example: adding developer tab, creating a macro, formatting table style, inserting comments and/or creating a mail merge).
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Refrigeration Repair/Maintenance
- Experience leading cross-functional programs involving operations, technology, compliance, and external vendors.
- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, facilities maintenance operations, temperature monitoring technologies, or IoT-based monitoring programs.
- Experience managing KPIs, dashboards, performance reporting, and business reviews.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft office applications
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience driving process improvement, operational excellence, and technology-enabled business transformation.
- 3+ years of experience in program management, facilities maintenance, refrigeration operations, asset management, retail operations, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of experience in business operations or Facilities program management or a high school diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in business operations or Facilities program management.

Salary Range: $100000 - $175000 / Salaried
