- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of benefits administration; OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of benefits administration.
- A least 2 years of experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience with benefits administration policies, practices, and procedures
- Experience with confidentiality requirements associated with the practice of human resources, in general, and benefits, specifically.
- Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite & Teams
- Experience with HR Information Systems (i.e. SAP/People Central) and Timekeeping systems
(i.e. Kronos) - At least 1 year of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field, such as human resources, business administration, and accounting.
- Master’s Degree / MBA
- Experience with ERISA and other benefits related regulations.
- Experience as an HR Generalist or Retirement Plans Administrator.
- CBP Certification as granted by World at Work, or CEBS Certification as granted by the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans
Salary Range
$102800 - $164400 / Salaried
