Senior Analyst, WBA IT Governance Risk Compliance
Job ID 1600557BRThe Sr. Analyst, WBA IT Governance, Risk, and Compliance plays a critical role in supporting the organization’s ITGRC initiatives, with a primary focus on ensuring compliance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI-DSS). This role is responsible for driving PCI-related compliance activities, including evidence collection, control validation, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders during assessments and audits.
Job Responsibilities:
- Completes third-party security and/or risk questionnaires.
- Assists in the creation and management of an IT compliance program
- Assesses IT controls and recommends remediation steps to management.
- Creates and executes detailed IT control testing procedures
- Analyzes IT processes to determine control strengths and weaknesses
- Interprets and consults on IT-related regulations and standards
- Provides project management to specific elements of the Walgreens IT Compliance program bycreating and tracking the completion of tasks.
- Creates and maintains a current log of issues compiled from multiple sources.
- Helps facilitate the identification and assessment of IT risk across H3 to help prioritize and escalate the top risks.

The actual salary an employee can expect to receive, plus bonus pursuant to the terms of any bonus plan if applicable, will depend on experience, seniority, geographic location, and other factors permitted by law. Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree and at least 2 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit and/or IT Security OR High School Diploma/GED and at least 4 years of experience in IT Compliance, IT Audit and/or IT Security.
- Experience in assessing compliance with PCI, SOX and/or HIPAA.
- Experience communicating conceptual and technical information both verbally (on the phone, one-on-one, to groups) and in writing (emails, letters, reports, presentations) to various audiences (work group, team, company management, external clients).
- Willing to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) certification provided by International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)².
- CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) certification provided by Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
Salary Range: $98600 - $157500 / Salaried
