Salary Range: $186500 - $320000 / Salaried

This organizational leader has deep expertise in HR systems with a strong background in data analytics, governance, and business intelligence to deliver scalable and future-forward solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Defines and executes a multi-year HR technology strategy that aligns with enterprise goals and modernizes the HR operating model for long-term agility and scalability.
- Reimagines HR systems architecture by assessing current tools, identifying modernization opportunities, and implementing next-gen platforms. Ensures seamless integration and continuous improvement to deliver intuitive, streamlined user experiences.
- Owns and leads the end-to-end transformation of all HRIS platforms (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors, Cornerstone, Kenexa Brassring, Salesforce), including vendor evaluation, roadmap development, reimplementation, or replacement of legacy systems to meet the evolving needs of the business.
- Establishes and leads a scalable HR technology governance framework, including data architecture, integration standards, and system security protocols. Accountable for driving process excellence and ensuring a strong control environment.
- Oversees project management and transformation initiatives using iterative project methods for system implementation or enhancement, including requirements gathering, testing, change management, training, and rollout.
- Ensures alignment of HR technology capabilities with overall HR and business goals.
- Partners with HR leadership, IT, Finance, and key stakeholders to redesign and optimize end-to-end HR processes, leveraging technology for automation and scalability.
- Leads the HR analytics and reporting function, including the development of dashboards, predictive analytics, and workforce metrics. Champions the evolution of HR data analytics—from descriptive to predictive.
- Leads the standardization and automation of strategic reporting insights to senior leadership on workforce trends, talent effectiveness, compensation transactions, compliance, and organizational health.
- Continuously scans the market for emerging HR technologies, methodologies and best practices. Embeds relevant innovations into HR operations to future-proof the organization and foster competitive advantage.
- Collaborates with COEs (Compensation, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management) to measure program effectiveness and drives evidence-based decision making.
- Partners across the HR function and the organization, particularly with the Technology organization.
- Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team of professionals focused on HR technology innovation and analytics excellence. Creates a culture of continuous learning, experimentation, and delivery to support rapid digital change.
- Drives change management efforts related to system upgrades, new tool implementation, or process changes.
- Fosters a culture of innovation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 8 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS and/or HR predictive analytics and insights OR High School/GED and at least 11 years of experience in Human Resources, HRIS and/or HR predictive analytics and insights
- 8 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Proven success managing enterprise-level HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle Cloud HCM).
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, managing large-scale projects, and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Must have experience working in at least one other area of an HR Operations/HR Shared Services/HR function
- Experience managing outsourced, offshored or contract labor
- At least 5 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace. At least 5 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree/MBA
- 10+ years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR analytics, or related functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Expertise in data analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Visier, SQL, or Python.
- Experience working in a large, matrixed organization with a global workforce.
