Plays a key leadership role within a cross-functional team dedicated to supporting and enabling pharmacy teams and field leaders. Will lead a broader team that supports the enterprise immunization program through the development and execution of strategic initiatives, cross-functional partnership, operational enablement, pharmacy readiness, patient access programs, and field support resources that drive vaccination growth and improve health outcomes. Within this structure, the Senior Manager is responsible for one or more high-impact pharmacy support areas. The role focuses on optimizing how pharmacy work is organized and executed—driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance, and implementing strategic programs that help pharmacy teams meet their goals and deliver high-quality patient care.
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of assigned pharmacy support programs to drive operational excellence.
- Develop and standardize workflows, governance models, and compliance protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality execution.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align pharmacy programs with organizational strategy and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor program performance using data and analytics to guide improvements and ensure measurable outcomes.
- Support change management efforts to enable successful adoption of new processes, systems, and initiatives.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and subject matter expertise within assigned focus areas.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, accreditation standards, and internal policies across managed programs.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of professionals to foster collaboration, accountability, and high performance aligned with organizational goals.
- Will be responsible for one or more focus areas as noted below:
- Administration and support of third-party billing and claims processing, including vendor partnerships.
- Oversight of pharmacist credentialing, enrollment, and expansion of medical billing capabilities.
- Leadership of DSCSA compliance, pharmacy delivery programs, and governance coordination.
- Support for Medicare Part B audits, CMS compliance, and related regulatory initiatives.
- Management of pharmacy services (immunization services, adherence, MTM, testing), pharmacy technician support programs, and analytics platforms.
- Coordination of local clinic operations, new vaccine rollouts, and legal/regulatory compliance efforts.

Basic Qualifications
- Pharmacy Degree required.
- Experience collaborating with internal and external resources (such as cross-functional teams) to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
- Experience communicating strategy and complex business initiatives in a clear and concise manner to multiple types of audiences and channels.
- Knowledge of Federal, state, and local rules and regulations governing the dispensing of pharmaceuticals and the implications rules and regulations.
- Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross- functional team leadership.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state)
Preferred Qualifications
- PharmD, Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, or Master’s degree.
- At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams to drive enterprise-wide business initiatives or cost workshops within retail and/or pharmacy.
- Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Suite (MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).

Salary Range: $115400 - $196200 / Salaried
