Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience in Compliance OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 7 years of experience in Compliance.
Experience conducting internal investigations.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross functional team leadership.
Willing to travel up to/at least 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

Prior Legal or Compliance experience focused on providing counsel and recommendations to executives and management related to matters of various complexity.
Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and at least 3 years of post-bar attorney legal work experience in a law firm or corporate setting.
Required licensure to practice law in at least one state or the District of Columbia.
Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
Excellent analytical abilities and organ and written communication skills.

Salary Range
$115400 - $196200 / Salaried
