Senior Manager, State Income Tax

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years of experience with public accounting, corporate tax and/or accounting at a firm, government agency or company with sales in excess of $1 billion OR High School/GED and at least 7 years of experience with public accounting, corporate tax and/or accounting at a firm, government agency or company with sales in excess of $1 billion.
• At least 4 years of experience researching and interpreting technical tax laws and regulations.
• At least 4 years of experience executing tax strategy based on the key objectives and goals of the Company.
• Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
• At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
• At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.
• Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 10 years of experience with public accounting, corporate tax and/or accounting at a firm, government agency or company with sales in excess of $1 billion.
• CPA, JD or Master’s degree in Taxation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• At least 8 years of experience researching and interpreting technical tax laws and regulations.
• At least 5 years of experience executing tax strategy based on the key objectives and goals of the Company.
• At least 4 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or cross-functional team leadership.

Salary Range
$115400 - $196200 / Salaried
