Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree and at least 4 years’ experience in product management/ business management in on-line technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 7 years of experience in product management/business management in on-line technology.
At least 3 years’ experience in consumer-facing online commerce
At least 3 years’ experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting
Experience in one or more of the following areas of ecommerce: Content Tools and Processes, Search & Browse, SEO/SEM, or Cart and Checkout
Experience working with the product development lifecycle.
Experience developing and delivering presentations to various audience levels within an organization.
Experience with analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
Experience collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies that meet department goals within budget and established timelines.
Experience in identifying operational issues and recommending and implementing strategies to resolve problems.
At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross functional team leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or MBA.
Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years’ experience in product management/ business management in on-line technology OR a High School Diploma / GED and at least 9 years of experience in product management/business management in on-line technology.
At least 5 years’ experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare
At least 5 years’ experience in product marketing, product/program management, business development, or management consulting
Experience in retail industry.
Basic level skills in SQL (build queries, add, modify, and delete data; create and maintain tables, query and update databases using SQL statements, etc) and Data Analytics.
Intermediate level skill in SQL (create complex queries using nested SELECT statements, simplify queries by creating new views, deleting and altering tables, using Boolean logic, working with NULL values, constructing queries, etc).

Salary Range
$115400 - $196200 / Salaried
