Supplier Relationship Analyst II
Job ID 1785461BRWalgreens is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Supplier Relationship Analyst II to support the management and coordination of supplier relationships across the organization. This position will serve as a key liaison between internal business teams, vendor, and other stakeholders to ensure projects, deliverables, contracts, and vendor activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.
The ideal candidate is a strong project coordinator and relationship manager who can manage multiple priorities, track deadlines, organize complex information, and communicate effectively with both internal teams and external vendor partners. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and proactively identifying issues before they impact business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day-to-day activities and communications with external vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Serve as a central point of contact for assigned vendor relationships, ensuring timely communication and follow-up.
- Coordinate vendor-related projects, initiatives, meetings, deliverables, and implementation activities.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, action-item trackers, status reports, and documentation.
- Monitor vendor deliverables, milestones, service commitments, and deadlines to ensure requirements are met.
- Schedule and facilitate vendor meetings, prepare agendas, document decisions, and distribute follow-up action items.
- Track open issues, risks, dependencies, and escalations through resolution.
- Partner with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Technology, Operations, and business teams as needed to support vendor initiatives.
- Maintain accurate vendor documentation, contracts, project records, performance information, and reporting.
- Assist with vendor onboarding, renewals, changes, and ongoing relationship management activities.
- Monitor vendor performance and help identify opportunities to improve processes, service levels, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations, dashboards, reports, and executive-ready status updates.
- Follow up with stakeholders and vendors to ensure commitments and action items are completed on time.
- Identify potential project delays or vendor issues and proactively communicate them to appropriate stakeholders.
- Support process improvement initiatives designed to streamline vendor management and improve the overall vendor experience.
- Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in Finance, IT, Strategy, Analytics, and/or Operations OR High school / GED and at least 4 years of experience in Finance, IT, Strategy, Analytics, and/or Operations
- Experience establishing & maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community & with vendors.
- Experience using time management skills such as prioritizing/organizing and tracking details and meeting deadlines of multiple projects with varying completion dates.
- Experience analyzing and reporting data in order to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions.
- Knowledge of project management (for example: planning, organizing, and managing resources to bring about the successful completion of specific project goals and objectives).
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise-level vendors or third-party service providers.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Asana, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
- Experience supporting contract management, procurement, sourcing, or vendor performance management.
- Experience working in a large corporate, healthcare, retail, pharmacy, or technology environment.
- PMP, CAPM, or other project management certification is a plus.
- Experience preparing reports and presentations for management or executive leadership.
Salary Range: $79300 - $127000 / Salaried
