Job ID 1485096BRBasic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in an IT, Engineering and/or Architect role OR High school / GED and at least 7 years of experience in an IT, Engineering and/or Architect role.
- At least 3 years of experience in server side or client side technologies.
- Experience in domain-specific architecture concepts and emerging technologies. (Design patterns, frameworks, current Java based solutions, cloud technologies, public cloud technologies, Microservices based solutions,mobile, OR Infrastructure Administration OR Data Sciences).
- At least 1 year of experience in domain-specific Architecture.
- Experience working with matrix teams including teams in different time zones.
- Experience creating and promoting guiding development principles and influencing development teams, business users and management in adoption of technical solutions.
- At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace.
- At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership and/or
cross-functional team leadership. - Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state).
Preferred Qualifications
- Expertise in Cisco Unified Communications platforms (CUCM, CUC, CER, v12.5+) is highly preferred
- Hands-On experience with Cisco Contact Center platforms (UCCe) including ICM and CVP (v12.5+), VXML Gateways and VVB for call routing and integrations highly preferred
- Proficiency in Cisco Voice Gateways (VG224, VG310, VG320, etc.), Cisco Voice Routers (2921, 4331, 8300’s), and other components to support analog voice infrastructure highly preferred
- Deep knowledge of Oracle ACME SBC’s (6350 and 3950) and vSBC’s for managing telecom carrier call flows and routing across the enterprise highly preferred
- Experience with virtualization technologies including Cisco UCS Chassis, Cisco Blades (M5 and M6) and C-Series Servers, VMware/ESXi hosts, SAN storage interop, and Cisco Fabric Interconnect (FI) switches highly preferred
- MS Teams as it relates to Voice communications
- Strong project management skills, ability to lead cross-functional teams, cost estimations (both technology and labor resources) and documentation (Visio)
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and as part of a team with self-starter mentality.
- Proven leadership in guiding engineers and managing RunOps at multiple levels.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
- Networking, Data Center, and Cloud knowledge
- Customer focused.
- Familiarity with CDR reporting platforms (UC Predictive Telemate/PUCA) and Cisco Workflow Manager (CWM, formerly UCDT).
- Proficient in scripting languages (Python, Java, Perl, SQL, or Velocity), with a focus on integrations, automation and improving UC/UCCe workflows
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.

$127500 - $204000 / Salaried
